Louisiana Consumer Defense Attorney and Business Leader Bryan Shartle
Bryan Shartle is a Louisiana-based attorney with over two decades of experience in consumer and class action litigation. As co-managing partner of the national law firm Sessions, Israel, and Shartle, LLC, he has played a pivotal role in multiple landmark collection industry cases and has defended hundreds of class actions valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. Bryan Shartle also has extensive arbitration experience.
In addition to his work in consumer and class action defense, Mr. Shartle is a regular speaker at industry meetings held by groups such as ACA International. He has also served ACA International in leadership positions, such as Louisiana MAP State Chair Representative. He balances his legal work with his position as the managing partner at Butterfly Girl Kombucha, LLC, a commercial kombucha brewery, and Soledad, LLC, a nonprofit organization.
Bryan Shartle studied Sociology as an undergraduate at Louisiana State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts. Following graduation, he attended law school at Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, earning his Juris Doctor. His personal interests include traveling and spending time outdoors.
